Source & verification
Existence, name, and district count are treated as verified constitutional facts (same basis as the other six provinces in this batch). The capital is marked needs-verification specifically: sources list both Godawari (interim seat) and Dhangadhi (a sub-metropolitan city sometimes cited as the effective capital) — deliberately not stated as settled fact in the description above until a clearer, more current source is checked.
