Source & verification
Existence, name, and district count are treated as verified constitutional facts (same basis as the other six provinces in this batch). The capital is marked needs-verification specifically: sources disagree on whether Butwal (the current interim seat) or Deukhuri (a planned future capital) should be considered "the" capital as of the verification date — deliberately not stated as settled fact in the description above until a clearer, more current source is checked.
